No.3 Champagnac is a 150 year old farmhouse in the western Dordogne which has been tastefully converted into a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home ideal for family holidays.
It has beautiful southerly views across rolling countryside, and a shady terrace from which to watch the sun go down and broadband too to check the web.
A swimming pool of approximately 14x9m plus an all-weather tennis court are shared with five adjacent properties.

    Each bedroom has chest of drawers, rugs, bedside tables, reading lamps, and mirror, and there is a selection of electric heaters, fans, and hairdryers.  The two double rooms are in effect en suite as the bathrooms are adjacent, the third bathroom being shared between the twin rooms.

  • There is ample off-road parking, and extensive shared grounds as well as a private garden area. There are sun loungers and dining furniture for the terrace and a barbecue for your use.

    The pool is normally in use from May to the end of September. The pool and tennis court are shared with the other properties on the site, and conditions of use must be observed (see information pack on arrival).
